Maintenance Requests

All maintenance requests must be received in writing. Please submit your maintenance request online, this will speed up our response time!

  • Access to your home or apartment is the key to quick responses and fast repairs and maintenance.

  • Always submit a maintenance request as soon as possible when you notice a problem.

Tenant Portal

Please take advantage of your tenant portal! You are now able to pay rent online.
Once you’ve signed up you can view and pay your bills (24/7) from anywhere, set up automatic payments or reminders, and review your payment history!

To Our Applicants

Thank you for your interest in Golden Homes Property, we look forward to serving you. If you are interested in renting a property, please follow these steps:

  1. Call to see if the property is still available.
  2. Drive by the property and view surrounding area.
  3. Call our office to schedule your personal viewing.
  4. Submit an application online or come into one of our offices to complete a paper application.
  5. The application is then processed in 3 to 5 business days, at which point we will contact the applicant.

Our screening guidelines are clearly printed on the back of our application. We are unable to “prequalify” an applicant. Applicants must read and understand the written screening guidelines prior to submitting an application.
